We believe in being transparent about how DealsInHorizon Reports are created.

How Reports are generated

DealsInHorizon Reports are produced using automated and artificial-intelligence (“AI”) systems we refer to as “Horizon Analysis.” Our system gathers data from public records — including Harris County, the Harris Central Appraisal District (HCAD), FEMA flood data, and other public sources — and uses AI to organize, summarize, and produce a risk assessment of the property.

What this means for you

• Reports are generated by automated, AI-assisted means, not by a licensed professional’s individual review.
• AI systems can make mistakes, omit information, or misinterpret records. Reports may contain errors or be incomplete, and the underlying public records change over time.
• A Report is a screening tool, not a substitute for professional due diligence, legal or title review, an appraisal, or your own independent verification.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

Your responsibility

Always independently verify the information in a Report — including a title and lien search and confirmation of FEMA flood designation — and consult qualified professionals before bidding, funding, or making any investment decision.
