Subscription, Billing & Refund Terms

These terms apply to all paid Reports purchased from DealsInHorizon, operated by Kodiak Agancy LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They are part of our Terms of Use.

1. Plans and pricing

• Pre-Bid Property Report — $99 (one-time): one property-screening Report for a single property on the current Harris County tax-deed auction list, delivered by email, typically within two business days.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

2. One-time charge

Each Report is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring or automatic charge. You pay once per Report you request.

3. Refunds

• Reports are digital products delivered immediately and are non-refundable once delivered.
